Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Reservations

  •  All bookings are subject to availability.
  •  A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm reservations.
  •  Prices are subject to change due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, or government taxes.


2. Payments

  •  Payment methods: Bank transfer, credit/debit card, mobile payment (Tanzanian shillings or USD).
  •  Full payment must be made before the travel date unless otherwise agreed.
  •  Non-payment may result in cancellation of services.


3. Cancellations & Refunds

  •  Cancellation fees apply based on the timing:
    - More than 30 days before departure: 25% of total cost.
    - 15-30 days before departure: 50% of total cost.
    - Less than 14 days before departure: No refund.
  •  Refunds may take up to 30 business days to process.
  •  No refunds for no-shows or unused services.


4. Travel Documents & Visa Requirements

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring valid passports, visas, and vaccinations.
  • The agency is not liable for denied entry due to improper documentation.


5. Changes to Itineraries

  • The agency reserves the right to modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, political unrest).
  • Alternative arrangements will be offered where possible.


6. Liability & Insurance

  • The agency acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers (hotels, airlines, tour operators).
  • Clients are advised to obtain travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and lost luggage.
  • The agency is not liable for accidents, injuries, or losses during the trip.


7. Health & Safety

  • Clients must comply with local laws and health advisories (e.g., malaria precautions, COVID-19 regulations).
  • The agency is not responsible for illnesses or injuries incurred during travel.


8. Force Majeure

  • The agency is not liable for disruptions caused by natural disasters, strikes, wars, or government restrictions.


9. Complaints & Disputes

  • Complaints must be reported immediately to the agency during the trip.
  • Any legal disputes shall be resolved under Tanzanian law in Arusha.


10. Privacy Policy

  • Client information will be kept confidential and used only for booking purposes.
  • Payment details are secured and not shared with third parties.
